Official First Aid partner

Glasgow Commonwealth Games 2014

First-2-Aid-U-Training Ltd was successful in gaining the Training contract to support the Games in First Aid and AED Training, they also gained a further contract to support the Logistical Workforce at the SSEC with First Aid Emergency Cover. This

Was indeed a challenging task, but all went well and very successful.

Jim Carr, and his team worked hard and achieved and carried out their mission to a very high standard. It was a joy to see the teams working within the SSEC, and carrying out their duties with a professional delivery and enthusiasm.

I would personally  recommend F2AU to support you in both Training and HSE

First Aid Cover. It was indeed a pleasure to have them part of my HSE Team

Maritime Security Scotland

We think differently here at MSS and will provide the essential training that you require, not a mis-match of courses patched together and called Anti-Piracy.

We have written our course which encompasses the recent Guidance to UK Flagged Shipping by the Department for Transport on the Use of Armed Guards to Defend Against the Threat of Piracy in Exceptional Circumstances.

During our 5-day course based in Glasgow, candidates will receive training from ex UK Special Forces instructors, and ex Merchant Navy officers with over 80 years’ experience between them. We will focus on the high delivery of specialist security and maritime training, with the course certificates presented on successful completion of the course Our Medical Training programme is conducted by ex Special Forces Medics.

First-2-Aid-U-Training Ltd is at its peak when delivering the course Team Medic module. We value the training and development they support us with and the standard of delivery and testing is second to none, indeed the feedback from our course students is graded very highly.

Lt Col GT Sunderland

I have worked with Jim Carr, as part of the Army Medical Services (AMS) for 10 years or so. During that time I have been impressed by his organisational skills, his capacity to work hard and his sense of humour. All of these were put to the test when we deployed to Afghanistan as a formed unit to run the Role 3 Combined Medical Support Facility in Camp Bastion.

In the training of troops prior to deployment and the organisation and administration of staff on operations, Jim's experience as a Combat Medical Technician Class 1 on the ground was an invaluable asset. His presence was a great comfort and he proved a steadying influence throughout what turned out to be a very busy and eventful tour. I wish him all the best in his new venture.
